PROBLEMS IT AIMS TO SOLVE
TRACK BUDGET VERSIONS: What or who changed
This feature maintains a comprehensive, tamper-resistant record of all budget revisions, clearly detailing the specific changes made, the date and time they were implemented, and the authorized office or official responsible. By consolidating administrative tracking, technical version control, and audit-ready documentation, it provides a transparent and verifiable history of the budget’s evolution. This ensures data integrity, strengthens internal and external accountability, and supports effective oversight by government agencies, auditors, and the public.
FOLLOW THE MONEY USING QADENA BLOCKCHAIN
This feature enables comprehensive tracking of public funds through the QADENA blockchain, providing a secure, tamper-resistant, and fully auditable record of all financial transactions. Every disbursement, transfer, or expenditure is logged with precise details, allowing authorized agencies, auditors, and the public to trace the flow of government resources from allocation to utilization. By leveraging blockchain technology, it ensures transparency, prevents unauthorized manipulation, and strengthens accountability in the management of public finances.

USE CASES FOR GOVERNMENT
This is a recording of a demo with test data we did in a few days — it accepts API calls from a Financial Management Information System specifically crafted for PH National Government Agencies, then creates records on Qadena, a Layer 1 blockchain with built-in selectable confidentiality (privacy), compliance, and credentials. In addition, the data is fed into AI to allow a budget officer to understand his/her agency’s budget.
This is a recording of what we did in less than a day — it takes public documents (SARO.xls, NCA.xlsx, and GAA PDFs) from DBM’s website, generates PDFs for the first 100 items in SARO and NCA, creates proper metadata, stores the files in IPFS, then creates records on Qadena, a Layer 1 blockchain with built-in selectable confidentiality (privacy), compliance, and credentials.
